Your ticket grants entry at your selected time, and you’re welcome to stay and explore until the zoo closes.

Important Information

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • We accept all forms of disability documentation as proof, including Max Cards. Please bring valid proof with you when you arrive at the ticket office.

  • Animal encounter tickets must be purchased separately and booked in advance.
