Blue Legged Mantella are found in the Isalo National Park and areas south of it in Madagascar. They live in areas of seasonal streams and wet canyons.

Habitat: Wetlands or Primary and Secondary Forests.
Diet: Insectivorous. Eat a wide range of small invertebrates, including ants, fruit flies and termites.
Appearance: It is quite distinctive, with bright colours, a warning sign of the alkaloid toxins in its skin.
Size: Up to 30mm.
Lifespan: 3 years.
