Halloween Skeleton Trail
(Included in admission price) 

Follow the spine-chilling Halloween Trail round the zoo and you might come face to face with some devilish sights!

Pumpkin Workshop
(£3 per pumpkin – pay on arrival at the workshop)

Pick your very own pumpkin from our indoor pumpkin patch and you also have the option to paint ghoulish designs onto your pumpkin before taking it home! Open daily from 11.30am – 3.30pm!

Fancy Dress Competition
(Included in admission price) 

Enter the Halloween Fancy Dress Competition! For the chance to win a free Family Pass or Otter Encounter* upload a picture to Instagram next to Gus the Gorilla using #PonderoScare2021. Don’t forget to be in your most frightening fashion! 

Animal Talks and Encounters
(Included in admission price) 

Reindeer Talk and Feed: 11:30am 

Insect Encounter: 12.30pm 

Serval Talk and Feed: 1:30pm 

Asian Short Clawed Otter Talk and Feed: 2:30pm 

Scottish Wildcat Talk and Feed: 3:30pm 

Halloween Disco – SOLD OUT

If you’re not too spooked out, your little ones can visit Lakeside Restaurant on Friday 29th October 4-8pm for a hair-raising Halloween disco! Dress up if you dare and take part in the fancy-dress competition!

*Family Pass is for families with children under 8, the Otter Encounter is for families with children over 8
