Keeper Talks

Keeper Talks are back from this Saturday!

Our fascinating keeper talks will be returning to Ponderosa Zoo this Saturday and will be running daily throughout the summer until September 5th and then every weekend until Christmas!

If you’re interested in learning even more about some of the species we have here at the zoo, you won’t want to miss our keeper talks. You can learn about the animal’s diet and habitat, how our keepers care for the animals, what life is like for these animals in the wild and more! Listen to our expert keepers as they tell you all about our Reindeer, Otters, Serval and Wildcats.

You can watch our keepers feed the animals too!

Our talks take place daily at the following times:

Reindeer Talk and Feed: 11:30am

Asian Short Clawed Otter Talk and Feed: 12:30pm

Serval Talk and Feed: 1:30pm

Scottish Wildcat Talk and Feed: 2:30pm
